Flexibility      We're ready to complete your project from any stage of development. We can:      • Complete the design of your prototyped product (clamshell container, plate,        bowl, etc.) and then design and build the tooling for your product      • Take your finished drawing files for your product, and design and build the        tooling for your part.      • If the drawings for the tooling are already complete, we can manufacture        the tooling per your prints.      Integration      Both our design and manufacturing teams are under one roof, working in a      completely integrated fashion.      • Designs are not "thrown over the wall" to manufacturing. Our teams work        together, and in most cases the same personnel will design, program,        and machine your tooling.      • Our lead times are shorter -- because we don't need to wait for a design        house to send us the completed prints. We can start machining as soon as        the designs begin to flow from our design team. This allows us to overlap        design time and machining time.      Versatility and Commitment      Micron designs and manufactures tooling for many different materials,      such as PS (Polystyrene), OPS (Oriented Polystyrene), APET, etc.      • We're committed to close working relationships with customers from design        concept through finished production at the customer's plant. Any changes        during the project are readily accepted and adapted into designs and tooling.      • We were one of the first machine shops to utilize CNC technology to machine        complex patterns onto products. Today, we are constantly updating our CAD-        CAM systems and CNC machining centers to provide the latest in technology.
